25+ Years of Real-World Leadership Experience
My approach is grounded in more than 25 years of leadership experience across corporate retail, higher education, nonprofit, and small business. I’ve led store managers at Walgreens while driving operational performance, guided faculty and staff through organizational change as a Dean of Academic Affairs, and spent seven years as an Organizational Leadership Strategist at EPIC.
During my time at EPIC, I helped cultivate a culture recognized multiple times as one of Oklahoma’s Best Places to Work while contributing to the organization’s Oklahoma Quality Foundation Achievement of Excellence Award. Today, I combine that experience with certifications through GiANT Worldwide, The Jon Gordon Companies, and The John Maxwell Team.

I’m the host of Lead Empowered TV — Conversations That Transform How We Lead, Work, and Live, where I sit down with leaders, entrepreneurs, authors, experts, and changemakers for conversations designed to challenge thinking, inspire growth, and create meaningful impact.
Lead Empowered TV represents another expression of what I believe deeply: important ideas deserve meaningful conversations —and meaningful conversations can change how people lead, work, and live. That belief also led to the creation of Speak Empowered, the media division of Lead Empowered.
